Also, you will see that the images on-line are low resolution and with copyright watermarks. Your orders will be supplied as high resolution copies and with the copyright mark removed.

Your payment will be transferred securely to my PayPal account. To pay by cheque, please order on-line and send your cheque to my studio address in Walberton. Thank you.

Weddings

Our wedding prices start from as little £750.00

Silver.

From £750.00 Silver Service includes a standard wedding album with twenty four, 8”x 6” prints selected from about eighty original photos. Coverage is at one venue by one photographer using a traditional style. Our coverage will commence about one hour prior to your wedding and be completed just before your wedding breakfast. Previews will be on our web site one week after your wedding. You may add to this service with extras from our Options List.

Gold.

From £1100.00 Our Gold Service includes a choice of traditional and book-bound wedding albums with forty, 8”x6” photographs selected from about three hundred original. During the course of your wedding we will attend up to three venues with two photographers using a mix of traditional and reportage styles. We will remain with you until the end of your first dance. Previews will be on our web site one week after your wedding. In addition, we will create a photo book of mini prints of your favourite two hundred images to help you decide on your album prints. You may add to this service with extras from our Options List.

Platinum.

From £1375.00 With our Platinum Service you have a choice of traditional or digital wedding albums with a minimum of twenty five pages/ fifty sides. During the course of your wedding we will attend up to three venues and leave - when you ask us to. Two photographers, will take an unlimited number of photos using a mix of traditional and/or reportage styles. Previews will be on our web site one week after your wedding. In addition, we will create two photo books of mini prints of your favourite three hundred images to help you choose your album prints. You may add to this service with extras from our Options List. Finally, once you have chosen your album prints, we will print one of your favourites to a 15” x 12” canvas wrap plus two, framed desk sized prints for you to give as presents.

We assure you of our personal attention. Our style of working is flexible, we will cover your wedding day as you wish. We will capture the day in traditional, semi traditional and/or reportage style. We will work both efficiently and effectively using a sensitive but assertive method making sure that the photography enhances rather than detracts from your special day. We will treat your guests with respect. We will work to an agreed timetable so that you enjoy your day fully without any concerns about “what happens next” We will hand over to your wedding reception manager at the agreed time ….

John Donabie, Photographer, is located in South west Sussex and covers Church and Civil Weddings, Studio and Environmental Portraits, Events and Pony and Rider studies as well as general photography.

In addition I run short courses on Photography to help both beginner and the experienced improve their images whether in traditional film or in digital media.

I have worked as a photographer for well over 26 years starting my career in the romantic Scottish village of Gretna Green. I moved to Sussex in 1980.

In general I cover all work personally ensuring my standards are not compromised. Where appropriate I work with other local photographers as associates.

Studio Portrait Sessions

A studio shoot is a great way to get the family together and frame those special family moments.

My style is relaxed and you will be under no pressure to pose in any way that feels uncomfortable .And when it comes to viewing your images, you will not be pressured to purchase any if you do not wish to.

The studio is well equipped and has a bright white "high key" appearence to capture that clean white image that looks great on any wall.

A session costs £50.00 (but look out for our special offers. A standard session is about an hour in the studio with all sorts of poses. Bring your pets and make the family portrait complete. And as for enlargements you won't need a bank loan as they start at only £9.00....why venture anywhere else?

Children's parties - a party photo shoot!

A studio shoot is a great way to get the family together and frame those special family moments.

A session costs from £150.00 (but look out for our special offers. A party session is about two hours in the studio with all sorts of poses. Bring 7 of your friends and your posh clothes and show off to the camera.

Included in the price is a photo book of all the photos we take ( 300+) and before you go home we will print up one photo (8"x6") for each of your friends. And for the birthday boy or giorl, we will print and frame a 10" x 8" photo of your choice.

All photos will be on our web site within two days of your party and if you want to add some of the images to your facebook, we offer a CD of all the high resolution images at a very special price.

Local environmental portraits are priced from £85.00 plus prints.

Weddings:

A wedding is a special occasion and to make sure that your wedding photographs are very special, I employ a number of professional principles. Firstly, I only accept one wedding per day, so your arrangements will not be rushed. Secondly, to ensure that my quality of service remains consistent I photograph all weddings myself. And thirdly, I make sure that we meet at least twice at appropriate times to discuss and confirm your particular photographic requirements.

Once you have entrusted your wedding photography to me, I will meet with you to talk through such aspects as your wedding theme, times available for photography and where the pictures are to be taken. Where appropriate I will make a site visit to preview the area and make suggestions about backgrounds etc. Individual attention will be paid to these details in order that I can provide you with a list of requested photographs along with details of where and when they will be taken. This running order will help us make the photography run smoothly on the day leaving you to enjoy your celebrations. Where practical I will attend your wedding rehearsal to meet your families and make any final adjustments to your “shooting script”.

I consider every wedding to be unique and endeavour to provide a wedding album reflecting this principle.

Prices for weddings start at only £750.00 with a top value price of £2,000.00 and all stages in between.

For the Bride & Groom who would like to manage there own Digital Wedding Photography but still have the services of a Professional Photograher this service is idea for you.

Pony and Rider studies:

A great gift for someone who is crazy about their pony. Priced at only £99.00 this service includes the following:

Attendance at your local address to cover your shoot
A series of digital photographs viewable on my lap top immediately
A 12” x 10” print of your choice mounted and framed in a wooden frame.
Additional photographs at a special price
An option to purchase all the images on CD if preferred

Copying old Photographs:

Old fading and damaged photographs can be given a new lease of life using my copying and repair service.

Priced from only £17.50 this service will give you a new copy of that old print with the option of enlargements and additional copies. We also have a repair service to mend old cracks and tears. A charge of £40.00 per hour is charged with a minimum of 15 minutes at £15.00.

From formal presentations of awards and golf days to gymkhana and ladies nights, my events service is designed to make sure that your event is well and truly covered
